REFUND POLICY

At Adil Digital Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and exceptional learning experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for course enrollments.
Refunds are available ONLY within 7 days from the date of your FIRST CLASS. This 7-day window allows you to:
Experience the course content and teaching style
Assess whether the course meets your expectations
Determine if the course is appropriate for your skill level
Evaluate the overall learning experience
IMPORTANT: If 7 days have passed since your first class, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
To request a refund within the eligible period, you MUST open a Discord Ticket. Refund requests submitted through any other method will NOT be processed.

Open a ticket by clicking the ticket creation button
Provide your course name, enrollment date, and reason for refund request
Without a Discord ticket, we CANNOT process your refund request
STEP 2: Submit Your Request
Attach proof of enrollment (course access screenshot)
Clearly state your reason for the refund
Include the email used for enrollment
STEP 3: Review and Processing
Our support team will review your Discord ticket
Your request will be processed within 5-7 business days
You will receive updates on your ticket status in Discord
NOTE: Refund requests submitted through email, WhatsApp, or phone WITHOUT a Discord ticket will NOT be processed. A Discord ticket is mandatory for all refund requests.
Refunds WILL NOT be issued in the following cases:
If 7 days have passed since your first class (no exceptions)
If you do not open a Discord ticket to request a refund
If you request a refund after the 7-day refund window has passed
For administrative fees or certification fees (if applicable)
If the course was accessed using promotional or discount codes (discount amount is non-refundable)
For courses completed or substantially used beyond the refund window
Once your refund request is approved via Discord, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, the funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Adil Digital Academy makes NO guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:
Future income or earnings from course content
Business success or financial returns
Employment opportunities or job placement
Specific results or outcomes from applying course material
Results vary by individual effort, market conditions, and application. Past student successes do not guarantee your financial outcomes. This is an educational service only, and students are solely responsible for their use of the knowledge gained.
If you enrolled using a promotional or discount code:
The discounted amount is non-refundable
You will receive a refund only of the full course price (minus the discount), if eligible
Special promotional offers are final and non-refundable
If you purchased multiple courses as a bundle:
Individual courses within the bundle may be refunded if within the 7-day window
The refund will be calculated on a per-course basis
Refund amounts will reflect the original bundle pricing
For purposes of this refund policy:
AYour refund eligibility is determined by the 7-day window from your FIRST CLASS DATE
The first class date is automatically recorded when you join your first live session
You can view your refund eligibility status on your account dashboard
The 7-day countdown begins immediately after your first class
If you need to withdraw from a course:
Withdrawal within the 7-day window is eligible for refund (if Discord ticket is submitted)
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment or policy violations
Suspended accounts forfeit refund eligibility
In special cases (documented illness, technical platform failures, instructor-related issues), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis via Discord. Contact our support team with documentation to request consideration. However, requests beyond the 7-day window will NOT be approved.
Once a refund has been processed and transferred to your account, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to re-enroll, you must complete a new enrollment and payment.
Adil Digital Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Refund requests submitted before the policy change will be processed under the previous policy terms.
