By enrolling in Adil Digital Academy courses and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Your enrollment in courses is subject to:
Completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees
Acceptance of this agreement and associated policies
Maintaining active account status
Adherence to our Code of Conduct
All course materials, including videos, documents, slides, quizzes, and other content, are the intellectual property of Adil Digital Academy or our instructors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for educational purposes during your enrollment.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without authorization
Record or download videos or content (unless explicitly permitted)
Resell course access or materials
Use content for commercial purposes
As a user, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Respect other learners’ privacy and learning experience
Course completion requirements are specified in each course description. Certificates of completion may be issued upon successful completion of all required assessments and coursework. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraudulent activity is detected.
We provide technical support during business hours. While we strive to ensure platform stability, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, outages, or loss of access due to circumstances beyond our control.
Adil Digital Academy is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Technical errors or platform unavailability
Third-party content or services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue courses or features at any time. We will provide notice when possible, but cannot guarantee advance notification for all changes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
Harassment or bullying of instructors or other students
Posting spam, malware, or inappropriate content
Hacking or attempting to breach platform security
Violating others’ intellectual property rights
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, video hosting, etc.). You acknowledge that we are not responsible for their operations, privacy practices, or service availability.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adil Digital Academy regarding your use of our services.
